Read Aloud
A well selected read aloud can be a nice invitation to learn. Students
may acquire background knowledge that is needed to benefit from a guided
reading book. A science read aloud may be fiction or nonfiction and
might also include content vocabulary. During the read aloud, give
students ample opportunity to respond to the text.
