Message
for the month of March:
Parents need to fill a child's bucket of self-esteem so high that the
rest of the world can't poke enough holes in it to drain it dry.

Mensaje
para el mes de Marzo:
Los
padres necesitan llenar el balde de auto-estima de su hijo/a
de tal manera que el resto del mundo
no pueda abrir agujeros en el balde y se vacíe.

When you owe an apology to someone in your office, take these steps:
Express your remorse. Let your co-worker know that you are sorry for the problems you caused.
Refrain from offering excuses. A laundry list of “whys” dilutes your sincerity. However, you may reveal your original intentions or explain that you did not mean to offend.
Make amends. Come prepared with your own idea, or ask your co-worker what you can do to make things right. Then be sure to follow through.
Resolve to learn from your mistake. Let your co-worker know that you intend to use the experience to avoid contributing to similar situations in the future. |
