Administrator positions are those that require increased knowledge and skill and have supervisory and/or department head authority. Examples of Administrator positions include Principal, Director, Executive Director, Assistant Superintendent, and Superintendent.

• 2 Supervisor Rating Requests
• Affirmative Action Data Form (voluntary)
• Resume
• Cover letter
• Copies of official transcripts
• Utah Administrator/Superintendent License (if required for the position)
• 3 Letters from Business References
